Toshiba's compact Automotive (AEC-Q101) qualified 600 V photorelay TLX9175J is the perfect device in 400 V EV/HEV battery systems.

TLX9175J integrates a long lifetime LED, a photosensitive photodiode-array, and a high voltage MOSFET between the relay's output terminals, which meets the needs of battery control and battery monitoring systems.
