The Broadcom® ACFJ-3530T automotive R²Coupler™ smart gate drive optocoupler features an integrated flyback controller for isolated DC-DC converter, IGBT desaturation sensing with soft-shutdown protection and fault feedback, under-voltage lockout with feedback, and active Miller current clamping. The fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance enables excellent timing control and efficiency. This optocoupler comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-24 package with 0.8 mm pitch for space-savings, and is suitable for HEV and EV applications.
