Taiwan Semiconductor enters the market for automotive LED Driver and reaches another milestone to systematically expand its position as a supplier to the automotive industry.

  • TSCR400CX6H & TSCR402CX6H are high-side constant current regulators (CCR) for linear LED driving, with presets of 0.1 mA and 20 mA nominal (respectively), adjustable up to 65 mA with an external resistor
  • TSCR420CX6H & TSCR421CX6H are low-side constant current regulators (CCR) for linear LED driving, with a present of 10 mA nominal, adjustable up to 300 mA with an external resistor.

Low-Side Constant Current Regulator (CCR) for Linear LED Driving:

  • LED Drive Current Present 10 mA
  • Very Low Enable Current
  • Adjustable Output Current with External Resistor up to 300 mA

 

High-Side Constant Current Regulator (CCR) for Linear LED Driving:

  • LED Drive Current Preset:
    • TSCR400CX6: 0.1 mA
    • TSCR402CX6: 20 mA
  • Continuous Output Current up to 65 mA with an External Resistor
